Advice for the target group to ensure the regional center Sokolov Czech Union of Women. The aim was to strengthen the confidence of members of target groups of the project, to show them how to effectively manage the job search, or how to behave in interviews. The added value was also discussion of the problems of the target group.

Advice has been achieved primarily partner organizations Major. The aim of this project activity was to increase confidence of the target group to find new employment.
Content advisory activity, in the following topics:
- reinventing your career prospects
- identifying and addressing future employer
- business diagnostics - what are my strengths? What kind of work is suitable for me?
- and others.
