Project courses are arranged downward in order to project realization date and classified into two sub-sections:

National projects courses

LET'S GO WORK WITH US (2007/02/01 - 2008/06/30)

Each course is composed to increase participants' competences and applicability in the labor market.
PC course (1st part) First part of course was related to usage of personal computer.
PC course (2nd part) Second part contained of PC competences.
Time management Course is focused on the time management.
Assertive behaviour How to praise, criticise and say "no".
Stress How to manage stress effectively.
Elements negotiation Course for start-up enterprisers.
ESF course

This module is focused on Fund-raising management and Project management. In this course are available following materials:

Training progam for projects managers (Program for projets managers [czech])

Training program for projects petitioners (Program for petitoners [czech])

SEM (2008/01/01 - 2008/08/31)

Training courses were provided by partner organization Tempo Training & Consulting, s. r. o. and were running in May 2008. Main objectives of these courses were improving, intensifying communication skills of the participants to help them enforce on the labor market.

Each participant received a certificate of all passed activities after the completion.
Assertive behaviour I. Consulted Themes: what is assertive behaviour; four groups of behavior; assertive verbal and nonverbal communication; bill of assertive rights; stop to manipulation; positive assertive feedback; assertive office
Successful verbal and nonverbal communication Consulted Themes: communication scheme and mapping of the words meaning, positive expression; words with positive and negative significancy, adresseng, making instruction; paralinguistics speech, active listening
Communication in complicated situations Consulted Themes: verbal and nonverbal communication - how to prevent main communication errors, active listening, apologize technique, take an objection, take a criticism and work with negative emotions, etc.
Effective telephone communication Consulted Themes: communication and diving, professional telephone calls, 7 principles of good calls, call structure, making appointments or business meetings by alternative method

International projects courses

  • 30.9.2011At this place we would like to inform you about the termination of international project PRODEV: Project Management for Community Development workers. The main objective of this project was to design and implement the training courses for community development workers both in the Czech Republica and in other European countries. More detailed information and project outputs you can find at project web site www.prodev-project.eu.

  • 31.5.2011On 31. 5. 2011 in the frame of project All Colors of Rainbow was realized two games in the SVČ Tymy Všetuly and Children and Youth House Uherský Brod. The main aim of these games was to improve communication skills of children and to contribute self-knowing in the group and understanding of reciprocity and individual diversity.

  • 19.5.2011On 19.5. 2011 in the frame of project Multicultural Education has been started fourth cycle of seminars and games within the topic of refugees in the Czech Republic. First lecture was realized for pupils of 9th class in primary school ZŠ Ohrada Vsetín. On 24. 5. was the lecture and project day in primary school ZŠ UNESCO Uherské Hradiště.
